Husband-and-wife founders of Plum Run Winery and Grove City Brewing Co., Dave and Diane brought their passion for wine, craft, and community to life right here in Grove City.

Head Brewer

Trevor serves as Head Brewer at Grove City Brewing Company, leading recipe development, production scheduling, and quality control across the brewery’s tap lineup. He oversees brewing operations from grain to glass, ensuring consistency, innovation, and technical precision in every batch. With a balance of creativity and process discipline, Trevor drives a beer program that supports growth, seasonal rotation, and a standout guest experience.

Winemaker

Joe serves as Winemaker for Plum Run Winery, leading the production, blending, and quality control of all wines from grape to glass. He oversees fermentation, aging, flavor development, and bottling to ensure each release reflects craftsmanship and consistency. Through both technical expertise and creative vision, Joe shapes a wine program that complements and elevates the overall experience at Grove City Brewing Company.

Abbie Randall-Smith

Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager

Abbie serves as Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef, overseeing all back-of-house operations while guiding the creative direction of the menu at Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery. She leads menu development, recipe execution, inventory control, and team performance to ensure consistency, profitability, and quality. With a balance of culinary creativity and operational discipline, Abbie keeps the kitchen organized, efficient, and evolving.

Brendan Baum

Kitchen Supervisor

Brendan serves as Kitchen Supervisor at Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery, overseeing daily back-of-house operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service. He supports the kitchen team through clear communication, quality control, and hands-on leadership during prep and peak service. Brendan plays a key role in maintaining food standards, organization, and accountability to keep the kitchen running at a high level.

Amy Thompson

Kitchen Supervisor

Amy is a Kitchen Supervisor who helps drive consistency, efficiency, and teamwork in the back of house at Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery. She keeps service moving by managing prep, monitoring execution, and stepping in wherever support is needed during busy shifts. With a strong focus on standards and communication, Amy ensures the kitchen delivers quality food while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment.

General Manager

Amanda oversees all daily operations for both Grove City Brewing Co. and Plum Run Winery – from guest experience and staffing to menu development, events, and community partnerships. With a deep love for Grove City and a relentless commitment to service, she leads the team with heart, humor, and hands-on dedication.

Jodi Burroughs

Jodi Burroughs is a hands-on leader at Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery, overseeing everything from HR and accounting to daily operations and team development. She ensures the business runs smoothly by managing finances, supporting staff, coordinating departments, and solving problems in real time. From behind-the-scenes systems to front-of-house guest experience, Jodi plays a critical role in making sure every part of the operation functions at a high level.
