Fall is about to taste a little different at Grove City Brewing Company & Plum Run Winery.
On Tuesday, October 6, we’re launching our new fall food menu—built around the kind of food we think belongs in a local brewery and winery: approachable, satisfying, made for sharing, and just elevated enough to make dinner out feel like more than an ordinary weeknight.
We’re not revealing the full menu quite yet. But we can give you a taste of what’s coming.
New Fall Entrées Are Joining the Menu
Our kitchen has been working on a new lineup of entrées that leans into the flavors we crave once the weather starts cooling down.
One of the dishes we’re especially excited about is our Burrata Blush Rigatoni, featuring rigatoni, creamy burrata, vodka cream sauce, blistered grape tomatoes, Parmesan and a touch of sweet chili oil.
We’re also bringing comfort food firmly into the fall lineup with Brewer’s Meatloaf, along with a new Maple Harvest Chicken Bowl featuring maple-glazed grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, cannellini beans, whipped goat cheese, pickled onions, rice and toasted pepitas.
And seafood isn’t going anywhere. Our new Tomato & Herb Salmon pairs fresh Atlantic salmon with pearl couscous, blistered tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan cream sauce and green beans.
In other words: come hungry.
Yes, There Are New Shareables Too
A brewery menu needs food that’s just as good in the middle of the table as it is all to yourself.
This fall we’re introducing Poutine with house fries, gravy, cheese curds and scallions, plus Blistered Tomato & Mozzarella served with focaccia.
You’ll also see some familiar GCBC favorites alongside new additions, including tacos, fried pickles, cheese curds, wings and our Bavarian pretzels.
And for anyone who believes a pretzel can absolutely be dinner when you try hard enough, we’re not here to judge.
Fall Flavors Are Taking Over the Flatbreads and Salads
Our new menu isn’t just about heavier comfort food.
The Apple Orchard Salad brings together apples, roasted sweet potatoes, goat cheese, toasted pepitas and maple-orange vinaigrette.
We’re also adding a Goat Cheese & Balsamic Flatbread with apples, goat cheese spread, mozzarella, caramelized onions, toasted pepitas, arugula and balsamic drizzle.
They’re the kind of dishes that feel unmistakably fall without turning the entire menu into pumpkin everything.
Some Favorites Are Staying
A new menu doesn’t mean we’re changing everything.
You’ll still find GCBC staples alongside the new additions, including burgers, flatbreads, wings, pretzels and other taproom favorites. The goal wasn’t to reinvent who we are. It was to make the menu feel more like Grove City Brewing Company: local, welcoming and designed to work just as well with a house-brewed beer as it does with a glass of Plum Run wine.
Our new menu even carries that idea right on the page:
Local roots. Crafted here. Enjoyed together.
More Than a New Food Menu
We’re also putting more focus on the other half of what makes our place unusual.
Alongside Grove City Brewing Company’s house beers, guests can explore wines made by Plum Run Winery, including dry whites and reds, Ohio-grown wines, fruit wines, dessert wines and award-winning selections. The new menu highlights wine flights alongside beer and bourbon flights, making it easier to explore something new while you’re here.
Whether you’re coming for dinner, meeting friends over shareables, trying a flight, or pairing your meal with a locally crafted wine, we want the experience to feel distinctly ours.
